THE CRUSHER!

At Hybrid Fitness we work with high level athletes as well as regular fitness participants of all levels. No matter what level you find yourself at in this moment, it is important to remember to challenge yourself with things that are new and different. This is how we learn, grow and improve not only as athletes but as people as well.

For those of you who know me, you know I like my conditioning workouts to be short, hard and effective. With this in mind, today’s workout is Brief, Intense, and Brutal. It will have you breathing like a freight train that just climbed a mountain, and all you need are a few dumbbells and the desire to DO WORK!

I call this one THE CRUSHER!

  1. Dumbbell Jump Squat
  2. Dumbbell Squat-Clean & Press
  3. Dumbbell Squat-Thrust

Each exercise is done for 60 seconds. Do all three exercises in a row without stopping. Rest one minute and repeat for 4-6 rounds.
